Treatments and care

ANTI-CELLULITE CARE:

First prepare a clay bath. Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a cup of clay. Sit in the  ath for up to 12 minutes, then rinse the clay residue from the skin. If a part of clay dries on a particular part of the body, it signals a build-up of toxins in that particular area, which causes the clay to adhere better. You can take the bath multiple times, you can gradually add more clay, and increase bathing time.
After the bath use Fango claywraps. Apply the clay (you can use a brush) in a 2 mm thick layer and allow it to work for 30 to 40 minutes, until it dries out. Afterwards remove the wrap with a dry cloth and wash the skin. Gently massage the anti-cellulite clay ointment Ecoclay into the skin.

CLAY BATH PRECEDING A PEDICURE:

Pour 200 g of clay into 5 l of warmwater, soak your legs in the prepared concoction and relax for up to 12 minutes. If there is a lot of toxins in the body, the water may become
darker. A pedicure should be done immediately after the bath, followed by applying Ecoclay Ointment to the legs. The container and the spoon should never be made of metal.

DETOXIFICATION AND RELAXATION TREATMENT:

Take a Clay Bath Sitting Down:
Prepare awarm bath in the bathtub and add a teacup of clay. The bath should take no longer than 12 minutes. Afterwards wash off the clay residue. If a part of clay dries on a particular part of the body, it signals a build-up of toxins in that particular area, which causes the clay to adhere better. You can take the bath more than once , you can
gradually add more clay, and increase bathing time.
Clay Bath for the Feet:

body, thewatermay become darker. In case of a medical condition repeat the process for 30 days. When using preventively repeat once a week or as needed. After
the treatment wash your feet with water. The container and the spoon should never be made of metal. After the treatment massage your
skin thoroughly and gently with Clay Ointment Ecoclay.
